HISTORY

Cristofaro craftsmanship dates back to 1945 in Montréal, Canada, when Frank Cristofaro opened Cristofaro Custom Automobile after emigrating from the Campobasso region of Italy. By 1967, the business became known nationwide for its superior custom work and commitment to traditional craftsmanship. Even Paul Newman entrusted the family business with his race cars when filming on Montréal movie sets.

From high-end car finishes to high-end custom furniture and sculptural artwork, the Cristofaro name and mission lives on in Justin Cristofaro’s work today, as the fourth generation to deliver the creative and exceptional bespoke service we now feel nostalgic for.

Living out his grandfather’s dream of expanding the business to California, Justin Cristofaro now offers top-tier service to a network of San Francisco’s most creative design professionals.
